SPACE IS LIMITED....FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE---
WE HAD A WAITLIST IN 2025....APPLICATION-ENROLLMENT PERIOD WILL BE OPEN UNTIL WE ARE FULL:  FROM NOVEMBER 17, 2025 - JANUARY 31, 2026.  This will be when we accept the first round of campers and will then see if there is additional space to accommodate others. 

ALL INITIAL APPLICATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED BY JANUARY 31, 2026.

​Those who have applied will be notified of initial acceptance by end of January and will be emailed the full camper application which must be submitted no later than ​April 30th to hold your spot.  If not received by April 30th--your camper spot will go to the next on waitlist.  (see below for details)

CAMPER REGISTRATION PROCESS

​1.  Please complete this camper initial application and submit NO LATER THAN JANUARY 31st.  APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED IN ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED.  
MAKE SURE TO COMPLETE ALL AND TO PRESS SUBMIT. AT THE END.  IF YOU DO NOT GET A THANK YOU, THEN YOUR FORM HAS NOT BEEN SUBMITTED.  LOOK OVER THE FORM AGAIN AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS HIGHLIGHTED IN RED THAT WERE REQUIRED QUESTIONS.    THEN PRESS SUBMIT AGAIN!

2.  Submit camper fee on the day that you complete your application, to reserve your spot at Camp Weekaneatit via:
    • Please pay your camper fee via: Payments will be accepted via PAYPAL (link is on our website--MAKE SURE WHEN PROCESSING YOUR PAYMENT THAT YOU GO TO THE NOTES AND INSERT YOUR CAMPER(S) NAME(S)
   
3.  Once we receive your application and payment, our medical committee will review it starting in January, and you will be notified when you have been accepted to this years’ camp.  You must have your registration fee in before your application will be reviewed and your camper space reserved. Space is limited, so please be timely. If for some reason, your child is not medically accepted to camp, you will receive a full refund.

The 2026 Camper Fee: 
$750 per camper
$700 per camper if you have more than one camper in your immediate family

**Make sure to include your Child's name in the Note section  payment process.

​April 30, 2026:  Accepted camper forms due with all requirements including  all required immunizations.  It is YOUR responsibility get ALL the required immunizations and turn in updated form by this date.  SO PLAN AHEAD AND GET THEM AND THE FORM IN ON TIME.   
The immunizations required are:

MMR
Varicella
DPT, DT Tdap
Hep B
Polio
MCV4 (meningitis) for those 11 years - 21 years old.
COVID-19:   It is strongly recommended


For those that are accepted in the initial application round, that do NOT have all requirements in NO LATER THAN APRIL 30, 2026 will be moved to the wait list and can possibly be fit in after all forms/requirements are turned in.  
SO, YOU CAN PLAN AHEAD: 
Some forms will require medical provider signatures—SO PLEASE PLAN APPOINTMENTS ACCORDINGLY SO YOU CAN GET US FORMS ON TIME.  Signatures will be required from:
    •    A doctor that gives medical clearance for your child to attend
    •    A therapist/ school counselor-- if your child has seen one in the past year
     -  An Allergist--if your child has severe allergies/ Epi-Pen

Accepted Camper Application:
Once accepted, you will be required to submit (upload) your camper's up to date immunization records WITH all of your required forms by April 30, 2026  (PLEASE CHECK BELOW TO ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE ALL required immunizations SO WHEN it is time to submit, YOU have ALL required immunizations.  It is YOUR responsibility to have all immunization requirements.  If you turn in with some requirements missing, you will be moved to the wait list. 


**ALL CAMPERS ARE REQUIRED TO BE UP TO DATE ON THE FOLLOWING--IF THEY DO NOT HAVE --YOU MUST ARRANGE TO GET THE IMMUNIZATION AND SUBMIT THE FORM WITH ALL OF THESE COMPLETED: 
MMR
Varicella

Scholarships:  
​Camp Weekaneatit has traditionally offered partial and full scholarships and financial assistance to campers in need.  Please complete the initial camper application—please indicate that you need a camper scholarship AND indicate on your application the situation you are in to need to be considered for scholarship
AND how much you can afford to pay toward the camper fee--If you indicate that you need a scholarship, YOU WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO PAY YOUR FEE UNTIL AFTER WE GET BACK TO YOU-YOUR APPLICATION IS DUE BY DATES INDICATED ABOVE, TO BE CONSIDERED AND TO HOLD A SPOT.  We will get back to you after our application deadline with indication if and how we will be able to assist.  Scholarship Recipients will be decided based on:
  • family financial situation 
  • GF camper support vs sibling
  • scholarship support in the past
  • new vs returning camper
  • campers' opportunity to attend other camp programs
